Ron Artiges is the welcoming and high energy owner of Raymond G. McCarthy & Co., Inc. Purchasing the Brokerage in 2012 he brought with him over 30 years of experience in the industry. As a sales manager for Prudential he spent 10 years working throughout the area honing his immaculate client first mentality. Then spending the time with Benefit Mall and Emerson Reid as an account executive, Ron exemplifies our welcoming approach to all of the interactions we have.

Jeff Clendenny is the Sr. Account Executive overseeing our commercial lines department. Jeff has worked in the industry for over 30 years creating success at each level. With his experience working directly with commercial lines he is able to meet with each of our business owners and create a unique policy structure to best fit their needs.

John Pitera is the Sr. Account Executive managing the personal lines cliental. John puts forward an empathetic and understanding approach to the way he handles personal lines matters. He sits with each of his client to understand how to best protect their monetary assets as well as their most valuable assets, their family. He has had incredible success in finding the best possible coverage for a price that fits each of his clients.
Dana Gravagna is the first voice you'll hear on the phone and the first smile you'll see when you come to visit us. She exemplifies the upbeat and lively approach we have towards all of our visitors. Whether it is in person or over the phone she will be more than happy to hear from you and do everything she can to help no matter what the situation is. Dana is knowledgeable in our health department and has worked in supplemental benefits insurance for over 15 years and is always willing to answer questions and guide our clients.

Dave Iannacone is one of our go-to representative for supplemental insurance lines. With 20+ years experience in the industry Dave uses his extensive knowledge on the topic by always taking time with his clients to thoroughly explain the enormous value Supplemental lines brings to them. He primarily deals with both employers and employees of a company and school districts to lend his knowledge in the enrollment process.
